I need my custom printed fans very soon. When will I receive them?
Please check the lead and transport times indicated for the type of
custom printed fans that you are interested in. Hand fans take a
long time to be made, so you shouldn't expect shorter lead times
than those indicated on the product information page.

Do you accept rush orders?
We regret that rush orders can't be accepted at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
I am planning my purchase months in advance. When should I order?
Our advice is ordering as soon as it is reasonably possible. You
must be aware that the lead times may change due to overload,
vacations or other reasons. So, if you will need your fans, let's
say, in
September, we recommend ordering them no later than
May, because we close for holidays from August 1 to 31, and because
our production schedule is extremely tight during the previous
months. Similarly, if you need your fans for Christmas, we recommend
ordering before October.
Confirmed lead times are firm. So, once your order is accepted,
the lead time will be respected.

Does your holiday calendar affect the indicated lead times?
Yes, we close from August 1 to 31. The Easter and Christmas holidays
also have an impact on the lead times. Confirmed lead times,
however, are firm. So, once your order is accepted, the lead time
will be respected.

Could I order sample fans before I order my custom printed fans?

Will you send me a prototype of the fans so that I can make sure of
what I'll get?
Unfortunately, due to the high setup costs, prototypes are
unfeasible. You may order
samples of
our previous work, which will be useful for you to evaluate the
quality of the fans and print. For your particular custom printed
fans, if we do the print design, you will receive a true size proof
in PDF format for approval before the fans are printed.

Are yours fabric or paper fans?
The leaves of our fans are made of nice and durable cotton fabric.

Can both sides of the fan be printed?
The fans are printed on the front side only, as the back side shows
the fan ribs.

I need less fans than your minimum order requirement. Can you make
an exception?
We regret that exceptions can't be made. If you need less than 100
fans, you may want to order
plain fans, which
can be stamped at home with
rubber
stamps.

Can I order a mix of colors in a single order of custom printed
fans?
The indicated prices refer to quantities of equal fans. So, you may
order a mix of colors in a single order, as long as you order each
color separately. For instance, you may order 100 white fans with
black print, plus 100 black fans with silver print, but not 200
fans, half of them white with black print, ad the other half black
with silver print.
